Q: What is the starting Hourly Rate? 
A: $15 per hour plus commission. 
Q: What is the Commission if you are a 1099 Contractor? 
A: Up to $18 per unit, depending on the carrier you chose to promote and performance tier for that week. 
Q: How often are we paid? 
A: Bi-Weekly. 1st and 15th by check; Zelle or Direct Deposit after 30 days. 
Q: Are we provided with all of the equipment needed? 
A: Yes. We provide Street Team Members with a tent, table, chairs, and all of the marketing essentials to look Their best. 
Q: Do I have to have a car to apply for this job? 
A: No. It helps tremendously. But not totally necessary if you are in one of our well established markets like LA.  We have a program in which we drop off and pick up your street team equipment daily. You just need to be on time. 
Q: Do I have to purchase inventory if I'm a commission based agent? 
A: No. Agent will only pay for lost, damaged or inactive inventory do to their own negligence. 
Q: Do I need experience to apply for this job?
A: No. We are willing to train each and every individual that we see fit for this job. Not everyone is a good fit. 
Q: Can I do this as a part time on my own time? 
A: Yes. You need only meet a quota of 25 mandatory minimum per week to remain active.
Q: Is there a any background checks? or requirements? ​
Q: Yes. All but one carrier conducts background checks. ​So you do have an opportunity to join our Team. All Carriers have a assessment test which everyone can pass easily. 
Q: How much can I make doing this full time per week? 
A: $500 as a low performer and upwards of $750 to $1,000 as an experienced top performer per week.
